Freebirds World Burrito - San Antonio

Really great customer service. We are on low carb and Darion chatted with us with some suggestions and also came up to see how we liked the cauliflower rice (since we’ve never had it) and I just thought he was super nice. The four stars doesn’t mean it wasn’t great, it was just a it pricey especially for lunch. Other than that it was great.

Edit: I spoke with the managers (including GM) and they were very apologetic and gave me a free meal. I'm happy with how the handled the situation. Original: I placed an online order and arrived when it was supposed to be ready. I stood around with several other people with online orders for 23 minutes while the staff served a dozen other people in line before making our orders. Many of them arrived after I did.

I ordered the half bird brisket burrito it's advertised as 10. but I was charged 12. Chips and small queso+ bottled soda for a grand total of $20 plus tip.

1. Here, and I definitely come back when I'm ever in the area! Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious, possibility of a bowl for me with gluten and milk allergies, and they don't mind if you want a pot more of guacamole and lemon juice and what not free, bathroom were clean!

Super choice Burritos hand made to order and excellent service. Decor is wheel with cool wall paintings and Statue of Liberty on a motorcycle with Burrito in hand hanging from the ceiling. The price was a little more than what I expected. All good food found here.
