Chili's Grill - San Antonio

This Chili's location is my favorite! The customer service is outstanding. There's one server that my daughter and I always hope to see, but unfortunately, I can't remember her name (shame on me!). She's truly amazing and always goes the extra mile to make sure her customers have a great experience. The food consistently comes out excellent, and we've never encountered any problems. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Salad was plain. No flavor. Bubba's has good salad with potato sticks. Never thought of that before. Soup here is good tho and so are the burgers. Best chips and salt ???? 7 months ago: Super disappointed at Chili's today. First time dining in dining areaand lady is spraying cleaning products and sweeping near our table! I brought my daughter out for the first time ever in a longtime! And she is spraying chemical products while people are eating! Our server says how else will we get our tables clean?Really? So we get sick with allergies or chemicals sprays so you can make it clean while I'm eating my food! No apology exceptwhen I called.

The street corn is very good! ? The baby back ribs were very, very dry and very nearly tasteless. The street corn is very good! ? The french fries are also not bad. The street corn is very good! ? Everything else was very, very, very salty. Way, too, much,salt!

I ordered my meal without green onions, but they still added them! I can remove them from the pasta, but it's not really possible to do that with the soup since that would also take off the cheese and bacon. To make matters worse, they even gave me extra green onions to take home. What part of "no green onions" did they not understand?

We waited 30 minutes for a server, and to make matters worse, the food wasn't properly cooked. My son didn't even eat his meal. It's disappointing to experience such a lack of care from the staff. If someone dislikes their job that much, perhaps they should consider resigning.
