Charleys Philly Steaks - San Antonio

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered fries, and they handed them to me in a bag without any care for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend returning here. The management and staff need better training.

I asked for extra sauce on my buffalo chicken sandwich, but the server seemed to find it amusing and refused to accommodate my request. I just wanted to enjoy my meal with the flavors I like, so I was a bit disappointed.

We had breakfast at Charley's in the San Antonio Airport. The food was served promptly, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. I wouldn't choose to return.

Was my first time eating at Charley's. I went with the cashiers recommendation which was the regular Philly cheese steak. Ordered it as a combo with regular fries and a drink.
