I ordered a lean brisket potato taco at the drive-thru, and my receipt confirmed it. However, when I opened the bag at work, I found a bacon and cheese taco instead. This was my third visit since moving, and for the first time, they didn't have what I ordered. The second taco was good, but all three times I received the wrong items. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of this place, and it will be hard to keep coming back.

I visited the drive-thru at 8811 Huebner and ended up waiting for 25 minutes to order chicken nuggets. When I finally got to the window, they asked for my order again—really? It was 4:25 PM, and the woman at the drive-thru was not very friendly.

The restaurant is incredibly clean, and the food is always fantastic. I appreciate the excellent customer service. I returned on November 17, 2022, and I want to highlight Jesse. He was very polite and professional. It's rare to find staff who take the time to ask how your day has been, and he was kind enough to refill my iced tea cup. Thank you!

By going through and ordered a chicken sandwich they said it will be a few minutes and park. So I waited six minutes before I came in and asked about my 1 sandwich, and they forgot about it and waited for a sandwich. waste of 25 min for 1 sandwich

I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was so salty...and I like salt, so it was too salty even for me. One of my sides was Cole slaw and it looked old and was limp and not crunchy. I cannot believe I waited 30 minutes in line for this.
