Bexar Kolache Company - San Antonio

Used to love this place. but last time i went, the lady working didnt know what she was doing. she did not give me what i ordered…. i wanted brisket, migas. those are my 2 favorite but instead i got one with beans and then a different meat one. she didnt know how to tell what the items were.

We got potato and egg Kolache, chili cheese and they had NO TASTE, NO FLAVOR. I've been waiting to try this place and I'm disappointed.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Big Klobasniky fan or what most people mislabel a kolache. They were dry and too bready not enough cheese.

I have tried better kolaches honestly the cheddar one almost seem like it had mustard in it or something.... And the girl that works sooner in the morning was kind of rude. She definitely seemed like she did not want to be there or dealing with customers. I won't be back. I also got these aren't fresh you have to warm them up in the microwave.

The location on Fredricksburg Rd is amazing! Brand new spot but the staff is super sweet and the food is amazing. The aesthetic inside is adorable!
