The chopped brisket was the only good thing on this plate. The Mac and cheese was super bland, no one at the table wanted it. The potato salad was alright, normal, paired well with the brisket.The employees were rude and didn't want to help. No smiles since we walked in. First time here and we had no idea what there was. They seemed so upset that we were trying to decide like we were wasting their time. It was not busy at 130pm and Noone else was in line inside (can't speak for the drive thru).Maybe try smiling to your guest instead of making faces at them like they are dumb.

Came for Fathers Day and I order the 1/2 lb of Moist brisket and it was dryer than sand. So bad I couldnt eat it....totql waste of money. I previously rated this place highly and never had a worse brisket experience.Food: 1/5

Great Carolina bbq sauce. But atmosphere and ambiance not good at all. Employees display a dismal and unwelcoming attitude.My family went there at 8:30 pm not knowing they close at 9 pm. We ordered our food, about 10 minutes later we got our food. We then notice all the condiment bottles did not have their tops. We were told because it was closing time.Five minutes later we were told they were officially closed and we had to leave.If that's how you appreciate your customers then at warn them to eat fast because you will be asked to leave at closing time.My advice, get help to run your busy. And if you don't, then get out of the way because someone will take your business.

We went to our friends daughter's graduation party here. There were reserved tables and buffet style service for barbecue. There is an inflatable soccer, football, bean bag toss jenga and connect 4. The kids loved it. Everyone in the party really enjoyed the food and location. I would suggest this place for large party reservations. The brisket, beans cream corn, bread, onions picked and barbecue sauces were all very good. Its worth the stop if you are in the area.

The mac and cheese was pretty good for a chain/fast food place. The staff at the time were friendly and attentive. The baby back ribs were up to par the table sauces were okay. The meal hit the spot the. Star was. The mac and cheese. I hope they expand to other areas around the city they would be my choice for inexpensive ribs and brisket.
