Babe's Old Fashioned Food - San Antonio

I'm not going back. Babe's use to be really good. The burgers were not hot the flavor was like eating cardboard

Amazing shakes and burgers! The burgers are bigger than the average burger. I had the double cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and I tried the mozzarella cheese sticks. My partner got the mushroom Swiss burger with sweet potato fries and a strawberry shake. My absolute favorite was the strawberry shake. Made me regret not ordering one. I was definitely too full to finish my food so be mindful of portion sizes.

Hamburgers and fries reminded me of when I was a kid in the early 70's at the Mustang Inn in Del Rio, TX. Delicious. Onion rings and fried pickles were perfectly delicious.

The food as amazing and the service was quick and friendly.

This place is toddler approved! My kids loved their meals! They ate it all! It was fresh. Service was super nice and helpful! Definitely coming back!
