Glamaris Cakes - San Antonio

Last year I ordered a strawberry crumb cake for birthday and it was phenomenal! the taste was vanilla and strawberry cake layers. I had a lot of vegan baked and this is by far my favorite bakery for cake. I also had a few of her cupcakes from different pop-ups, so good. she is also just a nice person!

Amaris puts love into all of their desserts, and it definitely comes through. I sampled a variety of flavors, from cupcakes to pie, and loved every single one. All of their offerings are vegan, and they also have gluten-free options. My top choice has to be the vanilla cupcake with strawberry - absolutely delicious!

I have ordered vegan desserts from Amaris multiple times and she never disappoints with her delicious, sweet treats! My most recent order was a scrumptious biscuit cake for Valentine's Day. Amaris has a convenient schedule for picking up orders and is flexible with timing. I recommend placing an order ahead of time, as her creations require time to be perfected!

Glamaris Cakes is a fantastic bakery run by the talented Amaris Garcia. Their cakes, cupcakes, and cake-in-a-jar are irresistible. I first tried their cupcakes on Vegan Avenue, including gluten-free options like carrot cake, drip butter, and chocolate flavors. Amaris even created a custom lemon-flavored birthday cake for me that was a hit with everyone. I also recommend trying their "tod-by-chocolate" cake in a glass; it's both clever and enjoyable to eat!

The cake was adorable, but not worth $200 as it lacked attention to detail that I was expecting for the price. The server also had a rude demeanor, making me wonder if she dislikes her job. Unfortunately, the cake was not enjoyable as nobody liked the taste. My daughter, the birthday girl, was disappointed. I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because I really liked the designs. The cake just wasn't good, you know?
