Twisted Root Burger Co. - San Angelo

I love the food here. I didn't even try. I am disappointed in her vegetarian burger, as my wife is vegetarian and her Vegie Burger is only an old-fashioned chickpeas and blackberry burger. Where's the impossible meat? But the shakes are brilliant and the way the call makes your order fun. The (meat) burgers are fantastic, with all kinds of options including exotic meat! Drinks and a bar are available and the burger of the month is always fun. Good date night place where I think.

My family enjoyed all our various burgers. At first I thought we couldn't come in, but then I saw that? road closed? - What? with the exception of local companies? and fortunately we went around the sign because we just found a treasure to which we will return when we come back to San Angelo! We all agreed that these were the best burgers we had, and I loved the fried onion straws! I can?t usually eat a lot and my husband was surprised how much of my burgers and onion rings I ate, it was just so good! The decor is fun table talk and lots of laughter! Great food, nice people, fun atmosphere and you can see the river from the outdoor terrace - what else can you ask?

I myself and a few other parents together with 25 middle school cheer guides came after a long walk in downtown a photoshoot. These guys on a twisted root were great! Professional top notch service along with great food is what we have!! We asked a lot of this place, especially on a busy Saturday evening with the 3 days music festival at the next door!! You were great!! Anyone who had no burger should really try them out. You're great. Great nice place!!

I hate to say it, but I wasn't excited about this place. The burger was just fine. A little dry around the edges, and the bungalow fell apart after 2 bites. The fried pimples did not taste as if I were used to the spicy taste. They dropped the crust as soon as I picked up one. On a brighter note I liked the pickle bar, and my friend had onion rings that were really good.

This place is delicious!! The place seems to always be busy and the line waits are long but the food was definitely worth it! The shakes are amazing and I can say the best shake I have ever had, hands down! When you order you?re given the name of a celebrity which is fun and different. If you?re around make a stop here!
