Bidrage med feedbackI made an online order that was delivered to my house. When we got our order, the sandwiches were not made right. The tuna sandwich was in Senf and Mayo, loading cucumbers instead of Lite, American cheese instead of pepper Jack, and loading cucumbers instead of liter. The Italian BMT was not roasted, and it was drowned in Ranch, bread was soggy on both sandwiches. I called the store, the manager said he had to call his boss. He called me back and said she told him that I had to get into business with the sandwiches and then they would replace them. I paid the fees and tip for delivery, I expected the order to be correct and edible. I didn't go back to the store, and I won't do business with Subway again.
I ordered my meal 40 minutes in advance through the app and when I arrived they didn't even begin. Luckily another lady was kind enough to let me skip the line. These employees worked incredibly SLOW. If you are in a hurry, go to another subway or another fast food. I never came to this place, but I thought I would try it out as it was near campus and another place I was spending my lunch time. I'm not going back to this particular subway. I've been waiting for 2 pre-ordered sandwiches for over 10 minutes, absolutely ridiculous.
The only bread was wheat bread. I had everything I wanted, but not the bread. Traveling to 2 other underground shops and everyone was out of something the other had. 1 was made of cheese I wanted on my sandwich where I got my sandwich. The other one was from Steak and had no toast sandwich. It's ridiculous that the shops don't share things. My girl is a former subway manager and even she said she used to. Get your stuff together and start sharing again.
We're there late afternoon last Saturday. It wasn't very busy. We haven't been here yet and had some questions about the person who took our order. He's the manager. He barely recognized us and answered our questions about the burger of the week or month, whatever it was, and what speciality meat was served. He's not friendly or warm. We tried to be friendly, but he didn't fight for his unpopular attitude. I actually had to ask a girl who came to the counter just to know what we could order. We have no hope for food. But the burgers are delicious! The fries were cold and miss the bottles ordered. The young man who gave us our food was friendly and nice and gave us a few blows in small cups. I would also say that we don't get all the signs of a pickle for a pickle. Our milkshakes are great! All in all, it is expensive to be treated as involuntary, but the burgers and shakes are delicious! I don't order cold wet. I don't think I'm going back to the rude guy who made a bad spin from the beginning. The other one is super nice.
I just keeping here cause I love sandwiches. The service sucks due to understaffing; they're generally pleasant.
