Firehouse Subs Sherwood Way

The place needs a good cleaning. The food isn?t as good as the pictures make you think it?s going to be, but it?s still better than Jimmy John?s and Subway. Also, for the price, that sandwich needs to be bigger.

I sat in the dining area two days ago for forty five minutes waiting on single sub. It was not busy. The food is always amazing but this literally made me late to work.

Overall a pretty good sandwich. Customer service was not great. Doesn't seem like the employees want to be there at all. Place is starting to get very pricey though. They ask to round your amount up for donation. Then they ask for a tip. Seems a bitexcessive for the lack of service you get.

Went on the 20th of July order my usual brisket. While the sandwich was good still they left off the chips and brownie for my wife's and daughters meal. Was disappointed, didnt call didn't want to drive back of for 2 little items, was just upset thatsall.

The food is excellent, and the customer service is fantastic! It's wonderful to have a top-notch dining option in San Angelo.
