Cicis Pizza - San Angelo

I enjoyed a late and straightforward lunch at the buffet, where all my favorites were freshly baked! The staff, as always, were fantastic! It's very child-friendly, and I love bringing my kids here—it's always a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Plus, parking is always convenient and readily available.

The cups weren’t washed and there was no ice, plus the cutlery was painted on. Perhaps that’s just how it is. However, the pizza was fantastic! Food: 5/5.

Cicis Pizza is a fantastic spot for some fun in the playroom. I felt warmly welcomed when I visited, and I can't wait to go back. The atmosphere is great, and everyone there has a positive attitude that really enhances the experience!

I would give 0!!! Stars, if it was an option. I wanted to eat with my mother and two toddlers today. ABSLUTELY DISGUSTED! with how the place is maintained. There might have been a total of 12 people who don't eat excuses why the place was left as he was. When we came in, we were not greeted! We paid with the card that the woman doesn't tell us if we don't want to type, then we had to click something else on the map swap. She was completely disrespectful when we saw that we didn't want to do the tip option. she ripped the card from the card reader and told my mother that she had to start and clicked on something else. After receiving our cups we went to the high chairs to take with us to our table, as I grabbed several!!! Chairs I noticed that all of them were tasted, not wiped or properly cleaned, with left over Ranch stains and greasy movie and God knows what else. So my children had no choice but to sit in chairs, they couldn't even reach the table. After that we started looking for a CLEAN TABLE TO SIT AND EAT! absolutely nothing was clean floors were absolutely dirty and tables and chairs were greasy!!!!!! The person who was supposed to be cleaned was on his phone and esteemed while there were so many things you had to keep up with! Also a very big security risk. The ice machine pours too much ice at a time and it goes over the floor that has not been picked up, everyone can slide and fall and seriously hurt all because of the lack of restaurants cleanliness. I am so upset /mad and disappointed about how this place has become. God knows how the bathrooms were, but I'm glad I didn't have to go. I will not return to this restaurant anymore. You really have to get together. Nothing's like before.

We absolutely love this place, I believe she is the manager and always remembers us! Means a lot considering how many people come in! Love the food, and the pasta!
