Nonna Cucina Rustica - San Andreas

The best eggplant Parmigiana on the island, no question! The eggplant is sliced incredibly thin, almost like Greek phyllo dough. It's the most delicious I've ever tasted.

We didn't have a reservation, but Nonna Cucina Rustica is just as good or even better than the top traditional Italian restaurants in NYC. Every dish we've tried there...

I really enjoyed my dining experience at this quaint restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The menu offers a unique twist on traditional Italian dishes, with everything made from scratch.

This little restaurant has quickly become one of our favorite spots. My fiancé and I very much enjoy the goat cheese ravioli; so much so that we’ve been to Nonna’s three times in the last month. Each time we bring a new group of friends so that they can taste what is arguably the best Italian dish ever conceived. The service these past few weeks has been impeccable. The wait staff has been friendly and knowledgeable on wines. I wanted to highlight this because in the past I wrote a review detailing a bad experience. Now I know that it was just a bad day, to which everyone is entitled. Give this place a try! Get the goat cheese ravioli. You will not regret it.
