Mission Beach Cafe - San Andreas

This restaurant has closed. Open Table has wasted my time by confirming it in its list, confirming my reservation send me a text message two days before the reservation to confirm it.

Closed for July 4th. Why would you still allow reservations if you were closed??

IT WAS CLOSED!! SO ANGRY SINCE WE HAD TO PAY AN EXPENSIVE UBER TO GET THERE!!!!!

This restaurant has been closed down, as of the date of my reservation on Friday, June 7, due to health inspection violations!! I do not know why it is still listed here and how or why they played it off as if I actually was able to complete my reservation. They need to be removed.

Came here for weekday breakfast with a friend as it’s impossible to weekend brunch due to the lines. I was pretty disappointed ... we each got quiches which were soggy (I know it’s not fair to compare to Tartine quiche gold standard! and I couldn’t even finish eating it it was so unappetizing. Also ordered pastries as that’s what they make in house ... blueberry muffin was fluffy and truly the only delicious item we ordered ... cinnamon Bun felt stale and was loaded with raisins (hate raisins! and really felt more like a bear claw or Danish than a cinnamon bun or roll. We took two bites and left it. Coffee was so so ... there is SO much good local coffee in SF it would have been nice to have something local offered, French press or pour over style instead of diner coffee that’s been sitting in the reheater. Server was sweet and attentive (hooray and points for that , but the overall restaurant is looking pretty tattered and dirty. Sadly, I’m done w Mission Beach there are too many other good options in the Mission.
