Jimmy 's doesn 't have marked vegan options persay, but are always very good at following the no diary request on their burritos and tacos. Their food is tasty, filling, and affordable, particularly considering the service is also good and quick and staff are friendly. They make their own yummy salsas too, most of which are vegan. Their outdoor patio on fifth is really great for fresh air and people watching. I significantly prefer it over Barrio Star to the south, which, while has marked vegan options, however not as good and not as great a value.

Many dishes can be veganized pretty easily with modifications and the staff understands what vegan is as well. It is not the best vegan food in the area, or even the best vegan Mexican food in the area but it’s a solid choice. The service is great, it’s fast, and relatively cheap.
