aMare at Serafina Beach - San Andreas

Made a reservation online with out knowing these people didn’t even bother to turn off their online reservations with Open Table during Covid. Ubered all the way there and all closed up, the phone doesn’t even say they are closed. Poor management across the board

This place is closed down!! It should Indicate that on open table AND the Restaurant website! We made reservations and got dressed up for nothing!!!

You are adding insult to injury asking us to complete a survey for a confirmed dinner reservation for a closed restaurant aMare at a closed hotel Serafina. It was an especially disappointing and embarrassing situation for us because a guest came up from Guanica to celebrate Fathers Day with us. I should add that we were frequent visitors to aMare and enjoyed it, but this bad experience has changed everything

The worst was that it was closed and no one communicated to us about the fact that it was closed. Very poor customer service

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The prices were a bit higher than we would have expected but I think you would see comparable, if not higher elsewhere in Condado. The restaurant has a beautiful beachfront dining area and very nice ambiance. Our server was excellent all of her recommendations were delicious. The food was super fresh and had really great flavor. Highly recommend this place for a nice dinner out
