1718 Steakhouse - San Andreas

Never a let down! We are happy to know they are open!! The filet was PERFECTION! Melted in my mouth! With current restrictions the street was open which allowed for some great photos of the Alamo. Our waiter Jason was wonderful- attentive but didn’t hover And we felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant with the distancing guidelines. This was a evening of perfection! Thank you!

As usual a wonderful dinner at 1718 across from the Alamo. it was our 49th anniversary and everything was ideal. Because of the coronavirus we were one of only 2 tables occupied in our room. Our server, Jason(? was attentive, friendly and efficient. I had the blackened salmon, which was cooked just like I ordered and delicious. My wife had the filet mignon, again just right. It was a fitting evening to celebrate our anniversary!

The steak at this restaurant is fantastic. I have been to many nice steak houses around San Antonio, but this one is definitely a good place to go. The view over the Alamo cannot be beat. Our server, John, did an excellent job.

The steaks at this restaurant were fantastic and the salads were delicious. The ambiance was lovely.

Had a reservation for a Saturday early evening. Arrived early but was seated right away. Service was right up there with the best we have ever had. Food was outstanding. Highly recommend.
