We went to family to test this restaurant and we were not disappointed, far from there! We shared a very good meal with very delicious dishes. Bravo to the kitchen team that does a good job. And all my congratulations to our waitress, Ambre, who shared a great professionalism to help us choose our wine something unfortunately rare in restaurants) and a great sympathy, his smile, his small southern accent took the sun to our table. No doubt we'll come back. Bravo to the institution's manager for the choice of his employees. All my wishes for this new year to all staff
Nice but not very well organized servers, however the prices are high compared to the quality of the dishes.
We spent a pleasant time A top, savoyard or classic cuisine, depending on the desires. Beef cruncher is extra, nickel tartiflette, top pasta, raclette. Chief Alexandre took the time to come to greet us at the end of service. A nickel service, thanks Ambre for your dynamism, humour and good mood (we spent an excellent evening) as well as your professionalism to bend at the customer's request. A great atmosphere worthy of what holidaymakers are looking for and anyone who wants to spend a good time. Finally, bravo to the boss, everything is at the top for this first season: map, resto and staff, a well-controlled and well- orchestrated organization.
The breakfast at Fabio in Samoëns is nice. We took the card, not the formula at 10.50. The chocolate breads were still hot, the delicious granola. The pancakes are OK, they deserve to be a little more inflated to be even better. The mixed board is very good, excellent cheeses. Careful service. I recommend.
