Pagliacci Pizza - Sammamish

Yummm! It took come convincing for my daughter to finally agree to pagliacci but she was so happy she did! We typically order a veggie pizza and then something with pepperoni for her and my husband. They also have an order by the slice option with rotating daily pizzas on deck.

Came here due to my son saying he's eaten here before. Place is huge. It was empty when we came around 6;20pm but all of the tables were dirty and there was like 8 people behind the counter. I was going to order from the red headed guy at the register. We got no hi. No welcome in. No offer to join their rewards. No ask if we've been here before or offer of what's great. After we visited the restrooms we asked if someone could clean our table. It seemed as if the guy didn't want to do it. We placed our order for a large pepperoni and 3 drinks. It took about 30 minutes for our pizza to come out. It was good. For the price I expected more. It seems they do a lot of delivery in this area. As the drivers were whizzing in and out the entire time we were there. I may comeBack in the future but with 2 other pizza joints in proximity maybe not.

While food is ok, service is unreliable. Pizza is in the oven, 7 minutes if out . After a long wait, sorry, sir, we forgot to put it in the oven . 40 minutes to get a pizza. No apologies. Funny enough this is the second time this happened.Mr Manager: tighten up your ship, get reliable people. You just lost a loyal customer.

I wanted to order delivery from the physical store. Was not allowed to do this. Seems like an inconvenience to customers to make them order online. The pizza is pretty good though.

Ordered both pizza and pasta. Both are very mediocre. The cashier was really friendly. Have to clean up after ourselves when we finish the meal. Given its price point and the cafeteria style operations, don't think we will be back.Food: 1/5
