La Pitahaya Vegana - Salvarcar

This is the best vegan restaurant I have ever been to! I’m not even done with the meal and wanted to write this review. I’m just completely blown away by the food and service here. Extremely flavorful and creative food! Highlights for me were the enfrijoladas with vegan chorizo added and the cauliflower taco! This place is amazing!

I placed an order to go and was so happy with my order! I travel a lot and always check out local vegan places and this place has been one of my favorites! The food flavors were great and it was such a cute space. A great place for vegan options and next time I come I will definitely plan some more time to be able to sit down and eat there!

One of the best vegan spots in town, especially for breakfast and brunch. I’m happy the quality of the food has been consistent over time as compared to other places. Service has always been excellent, as has the food of course! Chilaquiles are probably my favorite. Fun fact: I have never actually tried the pink tortillas that La Pitahaya is famous for, but I’m sure they’re just as tasty as everything else!

El personal es muy, muy amable, la comida está deliciosa y tiene un excelente sazón. Llevé a unos amigos que todavía consumen alimentos de origen animal y, aun así, les encantó. ¡Felicitaciones!

Muy buen servicio y sabor. El taco de setas al pastor es increíble. También me encantó el plato crudo, ¡súper fresco!
