Fogo De Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Went here for a birthday celebration of a close friend and was absolutely amazed by the experience! From the moment we sat down the staff was attentive to what the table wanted, and began the onslaught of perfectly curated meats. Everything was crazy good, the chicken and ribeye certainly stood out to me personally however. The staff was so attentive there was basically never a moment food wasn’t be offered to me, or they weren’t standing by to fetch whatever condiment or thing our table needed. Everyone was very friendly and quick to make good jokes when the birthday boy messed with them a little. Fernando the manager runs that place like the army! And his Meat Marines like Kevin the waiter and Roberto the busboy met our every need often before we even thought of it, and when asked to take a group picture it was quick and seamless. For that matter Kevin is really quite the photographer as well haha! Overall it was just a mind- blowingly smooth experience and is certainly the best food/service I’ve experienced thus far in Mexico City.

Pros: Clean tables and facilities Cons: The service was slow and mediocre. The different meats served was sub par none of them were quality meats. The speed in which they brought the meat was slow as well. Nothing like other locations in Houston I was highly disappointed. Minimum expecting the same meats and service but not at all. I had to ask for certain cuts and it took me asking three times to get it finally served. The mash potatoes they brought out were cold, tasteless and lumpy. Not worth the price, quality and service. I also made a reservation the night before and the hostess was not very pleasant saying she didn’t have my reservation. Only until I showed her my confirmation on my phone did she offer me a table. This is a very unprofessional way to treat a customer. Definitely never coming back. I rather go to any other steakhouses in the area.

The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is hilarious! Definitely I'm going to visit more often.
