Saluda Whistle Stop Pizza Wings, Adams Tavern

My fiancé and I came this past weekend and it was great! It's such a cute small town/local eatery. We got the fries with beer cheese, pulled pork, and jalapeños. Everything was fresh and delicious! I got the papaya hard cider and it was to die for!

We come from Ohio and Nashville and Cleveland and The 'ville...we skrtborb down them sweet ,sweet GRC hairpins like fiends. This generates massive hunger for caloric-approrpriate foodstuffs. The wonderful lady 's who operate this know what 's going on. The wings to die for. The pizza utterly surprised ; to die for. the crazy great selection of ales ipa 's ciders halfweisses on tap are .... to die for .. this place we cannot recommend enough. They will treat you like family you will leave very happily fed n beer 'ed A+ in our book will be back .

Went back and now won 't go back. Ever. This time we did take out. $51 for a medium pizza, 10 wings , and the lamest salad I 've ever seen! Ridiculous! They opened a bag of lettuce mix and dumped it in a container with a sprinkle of cheese? That 's a salad? You brag about the lettuce choice but there is nothing else? I 'd rather have iceberg with some tomatoes and cucumbers and carrots (cheap ingredients folks) than that lame lettuce salad . The tiniest side of ranch? I get that food is more expensive and y 'all are trying to make a living. But that works both ways! Don 't sell me effortless, tasteless **** and overcharge! And yes, I agree, it does look and feel as if you 've given up.

Disappointed in the wings. I asked for wet and they had little sauce. Maybe not made to order ? Sat for a good long time before drink order was taken. In no hurry to return. Had a much better experience a year ago. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
