Bidrage med feedbackI am very pleased to find such restaurants in Salta that are surprisingly a growing phenomenon. Yes, I love empanadas, asado and traditional regional cuisine, but as locals, can be honest, it will be boring and we need gastronomic variety and options. I wouldn't get it back to a French guy who visits Salta, of course, go for regional food, but I think do for Salteñans who love food and taste outside tradition. The ambience is great, very well decorated and lively. You also have a full bar with quality spirits and wines. Your service was great, very friendly and attentive, but I would suggest more training of the personel especially when it comes to presenting/explaining/ proposing food and drinks. At the beginning I ordered a quinoa and goat cheese empanada, which is cooked perectively and very aromasih. I also got smoked salmon with crispy potato chips and beautifully made Maracuya sauce. Both were excellent. As a main dish I got Bondiola de cerdo Glacier, the pork slowly boiled to a point it shredded, with fruit Chutney and other baby potatoes with a glacier sauce. Delicious and well presented. For dessert, I went for a Chocotorta, which is a typical Grandma Dessert. It was very nice, not too sweet nor boring. Portions were fine. In terms of price, for people who appreciate the art of gastronomy, I would say it is quite fair for quality offered. Definitely recomended, and will definitely come back to try all their menus. Congratulations to the chef and the owners who have the tradition of the brave challenge in such a conventional city.
I was here three times. It is very nicely decorated. I usually have the pasta that's good, okay. I tried one of the Hamburguers and was quite despicable. You can fight with the service if the place is overcrowded. The... everywhere experience was good, the decor is very beautiful. A great advice for the owners; it is unacceptable that you do not keep your wines in a basement or refrigerator. The 3 times happened the same, all their wines are at room temperature or worse it was next to the light spot in the exhibition where they hold them. Once we ordered the best and most expensive champagne on the menu and had to put it in an ice cup for 30 minutes before we could drink it!
Very cozy room and very tasty menus. You have a daily Executive menu that always has the healthy or traditional option. Very acceptable price-quality ratio.
No cumplen con lo que prometen. Pedimos una promocion dehappy hour que estaba en siendo anunciada en ese momento tanto en el local, por su pagina de internet, dias atras (a lo sumo 1 o 2 semanas) les escribi via Facebook para saber si la promocion seguia vigente y contestaron que si, como así también el mozo (el unico realmente amable de todo el personal) también nos dijo que la promocion estaba disponible. Hicimos nuestro pedido con otras cosas ademas del happy hour y no nos lo quisieron servir, alegando que era una promocion unicamente de primavera - verano. No conseguimos ninguna solución por parte de ellos, y al pedir un libro de quejas y sugerencias nos informaron que no tenían, algo que como lo anterior mencionado esta en contra de lo establecido por la legislación vigente.
