The drive-thru layout is poorly designed. It’s very cramped, and during busy times, it often obstructs another road. However, the staff were quick and friendly, and the food was good. It's just the layout that needs improvement.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant! The blonde manager was giving me dirty looks as I tried to explain how her staff treated my family and me. I came in with my mother, children, and grandchildren right after a visit to the zoo. The kids had been playing in the water, and two of them had broken their flip-flops. Before we even made it two steps inside, the manager yelled at us, saying she wouldn’t serve us because my two-year-olds weren’t wearing shoes. Instead of politely asking us to grab the kids’ shoes after we ordered due to liability concerns, she chose to reprimand us in front of other customers. It was an absolutely horrible experience!

One of the employees suggested I get their spicy chicken nuggets with their ghost pepper ranch... oh my goodness... SO YUMMY!! It's my new favorite snack!!

Wanted to give a shout out to David. The other night I ordered a burger with no cheese. I didn?t check it until I got home and there was cheese on it. I called and David had super amazing customer service. Told me to come in the next day (I didn?t want to drive all the way back that night) and he?s remake it and give me a whole meal on the house. Went back and it was ready super fast! Class move and it tasted fantastic. Again, props to David for his customer service. Highly impressed.
