The Old Spaghetti Factory

Is it authentic Italian? no, not really. However, that doesn't make it any less delicious! I have never been dissapointed by the food, service, or atmosphere at any Spaghetti Factory location. This particular one is in an old mall that used to be a trolley roundhouse. Has a very industrial eclectic vibe to it.

Well, like everything around us, they were understaffed but trying to do their best. Our waitress, Crystal, did her absolute best despite a few groups being grumpy and her having to take the brunt of it. I gave the place a 4 star service, just for her. The food was pretty luke warm and it seems like it was rushed when cooking. I, personally, did not eat my food as it has other problems — which resulted in me not being able to eat and enjoy it. We held a surprise party with 35 people and the staff handled it really well! The food was less than average since they limited us to only 4 choices, but still a good experience.

It was the Spagetti Factory. It's never bad but so far I have never been wowed? I should be brave and try something other than just Spagetti.

Food was just okay this time. Service was great, waiter was attentive. Seemed expensive for the food.
