Simply Sushi - Salt Lake City

I went to this restaurant three times during my stay in salt lake city. tried various foods and all were excellent. it is also funny to see how they prepare the sushi and they also have confidence that it is fresh. service is ok, the staff could be a bit polite, but it was okay.

Old, owner has a terrible personality. I sent back soggy-Veges and the next time I came to eat, he said I complained too much and he refused to serve me. the sushi is okay, but the service is terrible.

This place has a really terrible service. the two of three times I was sick after eating there. the owner/manager was very rude to us there are better sushi places in salt lake.

I came in the other day after working with some employees. we all ordered the endless dinner special and were satisfied with the experience. the service was nice and fast, the rollers came out quickly, and they tasted great. will come back!

I feel like I need to warn people: this was ****. If you love imitation crab then this is your place! Fishy tasting rolls, dry tuna and salmon. Great wait staff, though!
