Ruth's Chris Steak House - Salt Lake City

Great food, great service, very nice. I always had my drink filled within minutes.

I ordered a medium well steak , my husband ordered medium rare. They brought me medium rare so sent it back and said medium well please then they brought it back well done I was not happy but 2 times in a row the waiter wasn’t listening I am a person that is not going to keep saying something so I just eat part of it. I feel like fine dining servers need to double check by repeating the order to the customer! The reason for spending on a nice dinner is to get what you ask for. My husbands steak was also medium well not medium rare we left very very disappointed we were so excited for days for our reservation and we don’t fine dine a lot so when we do we expect it to be perfect and that is why we usually choose Ruth Chris however we probably won’t be back and be sure yo let others know our experience and it definitely won’t be forgotten! We have been to the Park city location and everything was perfect no complaints at all!

It’s very expensive but you get what you pay for. Doesn’t cost anymore to go first class just can’t stay as long when you get there.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful, especially our attendant. The food was delicious, hot and fresh, and a good selection. Celebrating my husband’s birthday at Ruth’s Chris was a wonderful evening as always. Overall, we had an excellent evening and we look forward to coming again.
