The service was friendly and quickly superior to how busy it was. The food was good and they were good to bring extra frits and sides when asked. You do a good job to keep the place clean and welcoming.

The atmosphere was positive. When they sat me, the table wasn't really busy, and they had to turn him around. The burgers are not the same quality they are before the 2020 pandemic, so I am not sure how well they do financially. They seemed to be heavily understated. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and stressed that she always forgot my tables. The waiting times for everything were very long. The food was still good. Love the fry sauce.

Good sandwiches and burgers. I've never been disappointed. And you get groundless pommes. It's hard to find better pommes. Of course, they have other options if you don't want to fry. The manager at the service was aliyah, Host linda and our was Server Ana. Linda greeted us with a smile asking us how many and showed us on our table. The food was great as usual. The rating is 3 stars because our server, Jasmine, provided poor service. She was not polite or friendly and didn't bring out my fries until she brought out the rest of the food, usually they bring out your fries before your meal. There was another server there who was kind enough to assist us when our server had disappeared for about 10 minutes. Definitely still one of my favorites for food, but the customer service makes a big impact and it's the only time where we had to get our own boxes to take over any leftovers instead of having the server ask first then bring them because she was too busy vacuuming right behind our booth.
