I had the worst burger I’ve ever tasted. It fell apart with the first bite. The meat was cold and dry. The fries were undercooked and tasted old. I will never return to this restaurant.

The server was fantastic. The food was great. Why the low rating? The manager. I don 't know if he was the owner or just a manager. He often complained to multiple patrons about no one wants to work . So curious looked at the glass door. Servers are paid minimum $2.13. Staff between $11-15. Context, To scrape by bare minium in salt lake city you need to make after taxes $25k. Again -after- taxes. That means in order to live anywhere near this restaurant they need to pay $18+. Meaning at their highest pay they are still 1k from meeting bare minium to meet cost of living. So to the manager, You got a 19k ppp loan, and an avg 20% profit since 2020. Utah has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country. If you can 't find workers it isn 't because no one wants to work. It is because you feel entitled to being a boss and think your employees should work two jobs to supplement it.

We had great service and food. Our server was attentive to our table and recommended I keep a component of my burger that I’m not a fan of. I’m glad I listened to her because it made the burger so much better! It was a busy night but she was very positive with everyone she helped. Wished I knew her name, but she had red hair. Thank you!
