Bidrage med feedbackThe first picture was so good it made me invite my friend to come try this place but they disappointed majorly in the second photo. Looks like two completely different dumplings. The second ones look severely undercooked because of that weird gummy pink stuff on the paper. Also they charge $2 for a sprite but never refill your drink
We had a few items. The soup dumplings had a nice filling but there was zero soup in them. I’m not sure if they were dry to begin with or had been sitting out too long and it was absorbed. We also ordered buns but never got them. By the end of the meal I asked why and we were told they ran out, even though customers who arrived later than us had received theirs. We also had issues with ordering, we did the phone order but when we clicked the button to buy our order of about nine items it would delete our order and we had to start again twice. It took ages to pull aside someone to get help with our order at no fault of our own, something was glitching with their system. We had the Beef Noodles as well, while the broth was good and flavorful, and the noodles were good, the beef itself was dry and chewy. It was almost like a jerky texture. Which is a shame because the flavor itself was good. We also had the kimchi ramen, good flavor and the beef strip in that was cooked fine. We had a party of 7 and each of our items came out almost 8 minutes apart. This seemed like a common issue with many of the customers in the restaurant. The staff seemed often confused and stressed out.
We went here for dinner, we ordered pork gyozas, spicy tonkotsu with regular noodles and spicy miso ramen with hand pulled noodles. Everything was excellent and we will definitely be back! The hand pulled noodles on the soup are definitely a must. The ramen comes out with a hard egg at no charge (some places want you to pay 3$ for an egg… , and 2-3 thick succulent delicious slices of tender pork. It was amazing. It’s definitely not super tradicional pork chashu but it was still so delicious. There’s chili oil on the table which it’s always appreciated by people like me who need extra spicy. The gyozas were really good too, semi-fried with the crispy bottom. We will be back soon to try more of the other dishes :
We loved the very thing we had here. I had the pork ramen with spicy broth, my daughter had Tonkotsu and we shared soup dumplings. The hand pulled noodles and Japanese noodles are cooked well and paired great with our ramen. The soup dumplings were very flavorful and the service was very positive. Portions are abundant and we both ended up taking some home. Will definitely be visiting again.
The food is amazing! 10/10However, the service wasn’t. It took us an hour to get our food. People who were sat after us got their food, eat and left before we got our food. The service was super nice though. I’m not sure why our food took so long considering we order 2 plates. The handmade noodles are so delicious. We will come back and we just hope it was a bad luck kind of thing.
