Horrible service I just ordered a la carte three full orders and two spring rolls and two handfuls of soy sauce packets for delivery my total order with tax was 28.00 and I was informed of 4.00 delivery fee. My order showed up an hour later I gave a 6.00 tip brought it back to the kitchen and no chow main noodles and 3 soy sauce pkts. I called and explained their oversight and was put on hold and hung up on 8 times after finally getting someone I asked them to remake my order and pick up shorted order,they claimed they we're too busy and only wished to extend a future credit of 2.00 for the noodles and sauce. I explained I couldn't eat chow mein without noodles or rice without sauce. I had to threaten to call police to receive a refund. Will never order from them again ABC Chinese here I come Thanks for nothing Lucky Chen

I was disappointed. There are a lot of workers on the clock and no one noticed my drink needed a refill. I had to ask for my check after sitting there. Also they don't carry Sriracha?? What the heck?!

They never answer the phone I called for three days and never got an answer I will go else where. They obviously don't follow through with there services.

My boyfriend brought me some soup from here when I was sick and loved it. We've gone back since and have yet to be disappointed. The downside is that it's a bit pricy and the portions are small.

Amazing customer service. Have eaten at the restaurant, but typically do delivery orders.
