That was a nice surprise. I didn't know anything about this sushi restaurant. Every single sushi roll we tried was wonderful and unique. The sushi nachos were decadent, the sashimi delicate and tasteful, and the moonstone sake was smooth and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very recommended because you are not disappointed

One of the best American sushi restaurants I was in. Your menu shows a fascinating level of the invention. The sunset role was refreshing and well balanced. You have a delicious complete menu of love, wines and beer.

I'll take out a limb here with my review of Kaze. I'm super picky with my sushi and for those who complain about the price. Remember the old ad you get what you pay for good sushi is usually not cheap, and also here in Utah, it is hard to find. But with Kaze I was pleasantly surprised how good such a small operation can take off its quality. I sampled some of their menu items, and I loved every bite. Staff can sometimes be crassed, but if you understand that they are also people and we all have our days, it makes life much more beautiful. Kaze always made me right.

How do you describe a wonderful place? We stopped on a peaceful Sunday afternoon. We were here for a few nights on a long trip from Florida. Awakened in the Tetons at 49 degrees, ended in Salt Lake at 100. I found Kaze on Google Maps, and it was very close to our hotel. You have a great menu. We had the pork tonkatsu rays, salmon salad, sushi and sashimi, a few glasses of wine and two Sapporo beers. Unbelievable meal. The physical restaurant is neat, our server is very nice. Our favorite reggae play in the background. Hard to beat. Prices are very reasonable.

Has become my go to sushi restaurant in town! Sushi is dependably delicious. Maybe not quite to Takashi level quality, but you also don’t need to wait for 2 hours in line or plan your entire evening around getting a reservation here so I’d say that’s worth it! Service can sometimes be a little slow, but the prices are really reasonable compared to other top sushi places like Sapa, Tsunami, Takashi, etc, and the food is fresh and delicious, and rolls are creative! Open late, no need for reservations, tasty and even their to go food is fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone who wants great sushi at a decent price without a wait.
