Ihop - Salt Lake City

Our experience at HIP HOP (as my youngest calls it) was fantastic. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service provided by Merissa was exceptional. The waitress also played a fun joke on my daughter, which really enhanced our visit. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

I had a disappointing experience at this location, unfortunately. First off, the coffee was weak and my food arrived lukewarm. My coworker received the wrong meal, and despite wanting pancakes, he had to wait even longer for just a short stack because the cooks didn't prepare them. The waitress took a long time to bring us the bill, which made us late getting back to work. Additionally, the front door has a broken hydraulic closer, causing it to slam shut every time someone opened it. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Our waitress was wonderful; she was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was prepared quickly and tasted quite good.

The food was perfect. Great chef here!
