Ginger Street - Salt Lake City

The restaurant was severely understaffed or overbooked. Our server only checked on our table twice in an hour. My friend received their food 30 minutes after mine. We ended up getting our food to go. I would not dine in again, I recommend doing takeout to save time.

Just had a pleasant dinner with my two sons. We were initially seated at a table but were promptly moved to another one. However, they offered me a complimentary beer for the inconvenience. We placed our order quickly, but watched as other tables were seated, ordered, received their food, and began eating before us. One server brought out my son's meal, but when I inquired about our appetizers, he simply shrugged and walked away. Eventually, all of our food arrived and we asked for the check. The waitress realized there was a beer missing from the bill, so she added it on. I was too frustrated to address it. If you're looking for subpar service and mediocre food, this is the place for you.

The quality of the food was satisfactory, but the service was awful. Additionally, most of the appetizers were sold out, which was disappointing. I most likely will not be coming back to this restaurant.

No appetisers were available, half of the main menu was unavailable. Had to wait 20 mins despite having a booking. Very poor experience

Food was good, service was horrible. We had a party of 8 and received our meals approx 30 apart.
