Fleming's Prime Steakhouse Wine

Wow! I'm from Vegas. It can be hard to compare. These guys made our anniversary to remember. 100% would come back here. First, everyone was human to say Happy Anniversary, knowing that we were from Las Vegas ect. The card they made for us was a sweet note. Our server, I forget her name red hair pretty blue eyes with glasses! She was WONDERFUL. Kudos to her. The wine she recommended was exactly what I like. My husband's old fashion was aromatic. The food: App Crab cake, lobster bisque, wedge salad! All delicious!!! Would get her back. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, main fillet and NY. Lobster Mac and cheese with soup top was soooo good!!! Fleming's potatoes and Brussels were okay! Not our favorite. The bacon in the ingots was soaked with sauce that you could not taste. Easy adjustment. The potatoes were simply too dense without enough cheese/ sauce. We shared the lava cake to finish our night. As I said, I will definitely be back!!!

We took the kids to the gateway for an activity and we all got hungry. We wandered around looking for someplace to eat when we stumbled upon Fleming's. My husband wanted a steak so we went in. We were asked if we had a reservation and we said no and they said that's fine. (Reservations are not required by the way). They took us back to a table, and we realized on the way back that this is a fine dining place and we definitely weren't dressed up for it. We asked our waitress if there was a dress code since a lot of other patrons were in business casual. She said there wasn't and that people walk in from the mall all the time. Our waitress was very friendly, patient and answered all of our questions as we had never been fine dining before, especially with kids. The food was absolutely amazing and very well presented. Even though it was definitely an expensive meal, we loved everything we ordered and will definitely be back.

An amazing steak restaurant. The difficulty was parking, with the valet service being owned to the mall instead of the restaurant, and all spots taken by people attending an event across the street. Luckily, we were greeted with great service and lovely staff with an amazing dinner. All meats here are of excellent quality, and I will definitely be returning.

First and foremost, we went on a Monday night. It was very peaceful. Secondly, our waiter, Jeremy, was phenomenal. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. We got champagne which was delicious, and our starter was phenomenal. But the steaks. Good lord. I can cook a mean steak but I can't even touch the quality of what they serve here. We had the Main Filet. Perfectly done, fork tender, and absolutely worth every penny. The sides are very large for an establishment like this (shareable for 2 or 3 people each, we had mashed potatoes and asparagus) and are delicious beyond reproach. To top it all off we had the lava cake for dessert. 20 minute wait, which we were forewarned about by our waiter, but that is how long it takes to cook a real one of that quality and presentation, instead of microwaved slop you may be used to getting within 5 minutes. It is absolutely incredible, served with ice cream and homemade whipped cream. To summarize, the atmosphere, waitstaff, managerial staff, drinks, food and dessert are all PHENOMENAL. Perfect for a romantic night on the town. We WILL be back!

This is a nice restaurant… something you can dress up for. We really enjoyed our meals here. Everything is ordered individually and not as a meal. It’s very pricey but worth it. The sides are very large and 2 people can share each side. The salad I had was sooooo delicious… the lemon dressing they use is really about the best I ever had. And the chickpea patty which is a vegetarian option was absolutely delicious and a nice change from the normal options usually offered at restaurants. Brussels sprouts were so amazing I actually tried to replicate the recipe the first night I got back home from vacation. Absolutely delicious. My boyfriend ordered a steak and was very satisfied. The waiter was super nice and helpful. Was very vigilant and aware of every bite making sure he was there the exact moment we needed anything. Everything was timed perfectly and far above any expectations. The only problem we had was we couldn’t find the place. We were on vacation and not familiar with Salt Lake City. We googled restaurants and made reservations but because this restaurant is located in a shopping center it wasn’t easy to find. I posted pics of elevators we used. If you find yourself in the parking garage go to level -1 and from there you will see another elevator across the parking lot with the Flemings sign near it . That takes you straight to it.
