Bidrage med feedbackWe had an amazing Easter brunch with delicious food. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and I would definitely return.
This was one of the worst buffets my family and I experienced. The variety, quality, food prep and presentation was a lot to be desired. The restaurant should be ashamed for charging $45.00 per adult plate. The eggs were rubbery the bacon uncooked. No bread to speak of and they actually opened a box of crackers to present with the so called cheese which I have bought at box stores. We were looking forward to a nice day out and we were so disappointed we will not return
We sat in the lounge and had a great experience. Gabe made some fantastic drink recommendations and did an outstanding job looking after us, even though he was swamped with drink orders from the dining area. Honestly, someone should help him out during the dinner rush. The quality and variety of the food have significantly improved over the past few months. However, it’s a bit strange that they’ve run out of dough, especially since a third of the menu relies on that ingredient. Fortunately, it didn’t affect us since we weren't ordering anything that needed it, like the flatbreads. Nonetheless, running out of menu items seems to be a recurring theme in this place that feels like it's stuck in time.
We ate breakfast at Emigration Cafe. Eggs were good and hot. Fruit bowl was just adequate and I recommend serving only organic fruit. Bacon was brushed with spice and not to my taste, toast was dry and I had to ask for jam to go with it. In general, I recommend the chef serve breakfast foods the traditional way and not try to jazz it up.
I had to use a lot of effort and a knife to cut through the waffles. The potatoes were tasty, but most of the serving consisted of very small, leftover bits. The service was excellent, but the food was only mediocre.
