Niko's - Salou

Near our family apartment we were very happy to find some delicious vegan options on the menu of these beautiful beach restaurants. for a drink and a cot at sunset, dinner or lunch. we did not have the opportunity to taste the vegan paella, as this was served only for lunch. but the buddha bowl at dinner was delicious. beautiful selection of fresh juices and smoothies as well.

The waiter got our order wrong twice, despite us ordering in English and Spanish (sin queso, sin mayonesa). When he first brought the food with a meat burger he was adamant that we had ordered it. We reiterated that we don’t eat meat and we don’t want mayonnaise. The second time the food came it still hade mayo on the burger!! He was very dismissive and not very welcoming. Such a shame because it’s in a perfect position on the way to Salou from our hotel.

Nice spot at the beach. We had a delicious vegetarian paella.
