L'EAU A LA BOUCHE - Salon-de-Provence

We just loved it. the location on place morgan, makes it very easy to find. the staff were very welcoming and just was just amazing.

I can assure you that this is currently the best restaurant in Salon de Provence. I can say that, because I 've been to nearly all the restaurants in the area. It 's a high quality fish restaurant, with their own fish shop in the next building. We have been there three times and always enjoyed it. There is currently building work outside in Place Morgan, but don 't be put off by that. It 's true that it sometimes takes a while for the food to arrive, but you can see the cooks working in the kitchen, so you know the dishes are prepared individually, not in advance. I can recommend the 'marmite ' de poisson (but you have to like shellfish). We went in the evening, but they also do a reasonably priced lunchtime menu.

Good the quality of the ingredients is high, the service is ok.. i am not going back because i don't feel like the customer service or the passion is there... ok.

You will apreciate the fresch sea food and waitress just wonderfull
