Starbucks - Salmon Arm

They need to give new employees proper training so that they can make drinks properly without messing up and ruining someone’s day. please

Liam was our cashier and he was really nice, everyone in there had a great attitude and the atmosphere was nice and cheery. The only downside was that the two chai lattes we ordered were not very strong, almost to the point of not being able to even taste the chai. Literally the only downside to this location, it’s a great stop otherwise.

Staff are always friendly and nice to interact with. Clean store. Drive thru goes pretty quickly when we don't order thru the app

Always out of cold brew, it’s ridiculous. Already have been out like 5 times that I’ve went and I’ve only gone maybe 8 times at this new location. All the other Starbucks I’ve been always have cold brew. Not sure why this location is always out of it.

Very good this time I got a frappe and iced in under the third the time they couldn't get me a black cup of plain coffee in so I had to cancel 25 minute after my order was sent to them or 16min after it should have been done and the credit was never returned to my card. If you like slow service without having their most popular brewed coffee on hand Starbucks is the place for you
