I would not recommend the gluten free items in the display for people with celiac, as they are not wrapped and may be in a shared display with shared tongs. However, if you are okay with cross-contamination, there are plenty of options available. They offer gluten free bread that can be used for breakfast paninis and breakfast burritos. I forgot to inquire about their measures to prevent cross-contamination on the panini press. While one staff member seemed knowledgeable, not everyone was, so there was a level of uncertainty in terms of food safety.
This café is a great local stop just off Highway 1. They offer well-packaged and labeled options for gluten-free and vegan diets. They have three different types of gluten-free cookies, as well as berry bars and protein balls. They also have premade spring rolls available. Note that they are closed on Sundays.
