Shoyu Japan - Salisbury

They messed up my order I asked for Vegetables and they gave me non they were rude to me and my Daughter they burnt my chicken and they charged me extra with something that I DIDN’T ORDER and I was frustrated and there food is not worth 30 bucks would not recommend they are one of The worse restaurants don’t go there please

I've dined here four times in the past three years, but this last visit was by far the worst. I noticed that the two customers ahead of me also had issues with her, which I initially brushed off as minor problems. Unfortunately, I encountered the same difficulties when it was my turn. It wasn’t close to closing time, there wasn’t a long line, and there was no obvious reason for her to be in such a hurry. Additionally, her mask and accent made it hard to understand her. There is simply no need for such a rude demeanor or frantic pace. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. One could hope that the food would be good enough to make up for the unpleasant service, but that wasn’t the case here. Unless you're specifically craving greasy lo mein, I would recommend avoiding this place.

I visit this restaurant whenever I'm in the area, even though it's located in a somewhat desolate mall. Honestly, I only go there for this place! The food is fantastic, and I've always had great service. I highly recommend it—every item on the menu is delicious!

I tried this restaurant for the first time today while running some errands at the mall. I ordered the chicken teriyaki, and it was fantastic! The only downside was that I didn’t order extra chicken. Overall, it was really delicious food.

I thoroughly enjoyed the C6 chicken and beef. The meats were juicy and tender, and the vegetables were steamed just right, maintaining a pleasant crunch. I absolutely loved the dish!
