G G Smoked Meats - Salisbury

These guys catered a wedding my Wife and I photographed. Hands down the best smoked meats we have ever had. We have ate a tremendous amount of smoked food at weddings and and other events and restaurants and we have never had any that was this good.

Recently Brian Saunders and I had the most amazing pastrami! Every meat we've had is perfectly smoked, full of flavor and juicy. Well done!

The brisket and pulled pork was absolutely phenomenal!! And the mustard sauce is the amazing!! Now if only I can figure out how to have this delivered to Texas! thanks for a wonderful dinner!

Excellent flavor. Best smoked meat I had in years. I haven't tasted pastrami like this since I lived on the east coast. Good job !

We had a smoked Prime Rib last night that we pre-ordered from G G Smoked Meats for Father's Day dinner last night. It was absolutely AMAZING!! Highly recommend! Thanks again guys!
