Family Chineses - Salisbury

The customer service was awful. They lacked providing information about certain dishes! When we raised our concerns on a dish me and my sister got which was the shrimp with broccoli they gave us a hard time about it! This place is not worth your time!

Just moved to Salisbury been a chef my whole life and have opened up 50 places I have enjoyed Chinese food in other places but this experience topped all of them the freshness of the fried special rice and lobster sauce to die for boneless ribs were perfect chicken fingers great not too much breading beef teriyaki amazing and the pork strips were cooked to perfection not all dried out like most places and lastly one of the best tasting mai tais I’ve ever had and I’ve had many of those looking forward to many more orders to come going to try the whole menu

Pushy service. No flexibility. Food is mediocre at best. I had been waiting to come here for over 6 months based on reviews. I'm glad I went so the mystery is over. Hot and Sour soup had no sour and barely any hot. The general chicken and sesame chicken were so sweet. The egg rolls were crispy but the inside had hardly any flavor and only thing in it was cabbage that was cut too big and still raw. All in all, a huge disappointment.

Even when they are slow everything is super fresh and delicious.

Great Chinese food. Pineapple Chicken is a favorite. Service is prompt and drinks are good.
