Dunkin' - Salisbury

This is the worst Dunkin in Salisbury. Wrong orders, item missing. Usually no receipt given.

Honestly just unbelievable. First, I’m trying to order multiple things and this worker just keeps interrupting me to tell my total when I’m not even finished. I didn’t even get to order the food I wanted because he just kept interrupting to have me pay. Then when I get my drinks one of them isn’t even the one I ordered !! Apparently he “misheard” me, and obviously he did because how could you hear me with one AirPod in your ear and the headset in the other. He remade it, but honestly it wasn’t even worth it because it didn’t taste right at all. I’m just going to go to Starbucks next time, cause even though it’s more expensive at least the drink is worth it

Dunkin really needs to work on making sure their drinks are always the same. I can go there and order a coffee with cream and one sugar three days in a row but they will never taste the same. Also, please stop dropping donuts face down in bags.

The last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve ordered the same, simple drink and they’ve gotten it wrong every time. Just go to a different dunkin if possible.

Honestly the best dunkin I've been too in awhile. They always get my order right and I've never had to wait long.
