Cook Out - Salisbury

Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had. The burgers were overcooked, burnt, and a complete mess. I also ordered a chicken bacon wrap, which was disappointingly dry with no sauce at all. For $15, I expected something decent, but that wasn't the case here. It feels like a lack of pride in the work being done, or perhaps just indifference. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. I’ve had issues in the past, but nothing this severe and unappetizing. Surprisingly, the corn dog was the best item I tried, along with the tea. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Having worked in customer service for many years, I can confidently say this is the most disheartening experience I've encountered. There is a lot of room for improvement in every aspect.

Drive-thru experience... Be patient, as pronunciation matters. Is it possible to order without speaking? My experience was enjoyable, thanks to your amazing staff and a delicious milkshake! #heeltillidie

Amazing staff, the food was of course great and quite expensive, but the staff is really what weaves me. The lady who took my order called Brittany was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything it was refreshing. We will definitely come back.

Omg, I stopped doing this because I can enjoy these places a lot. 1. I would like to say, obviously I am not the demographic on which they stand, I am not a teenager. So I should know this won't be good. Not once, or twice, but the last 4 times I went to a cookout, in different places too, the food was cruel! The meat is chefs to a cripple, looks like a hockey puck on a diet. The rolls are crushed, ripened and dry, the hot dog was terrible and looked like it was older than my sneakers and had the texture of the sole of my sneakers. I asked for unsweetened tea, and both times I got syrup tasting liquid called sweet tea. The bbq was the only thing I could do next to the one point that never failed me. The hush puppies were okay. The lines around the money for the service are fine, but the product is not worth waiting. You need quality control in a bad way, I'm done, ?

We love Cook Out! Their burgers are fresh and always delicious. Their milkshakes are amazing and they have like 40 different flavors. Their tray meals are awesome! We got a big double tray with Cajun fries, fried cheese bites and a tea. A big double tray with onion rings, hushpuppies and a milkshake. An order of chili cheese fries and another big double burger. Our total was $26 and some change. Where else can you get ALL that food for less than $27? Nowhere, absolutely nowhere else!
