China Express 2 - Salisbury

I came here to send a box of winter clothes and shoes to a friend whose house has just burned down. She lost her fiancé and one of her dogs to the fire as well. Literally everything. The manager overheard me and UPS covered the shipping. I would have paid anything, but I am so touched by their kindness. I have always come to this UPS even though it’s not the closest to my house because they are quick and knowledgeable and I will continue to come here because of their humanity.

Excellent customer service and a friendly staff who are receptive to my specific shipping needs have made each visit to the store a pleasure.

Had to return something I bought from Amazon. Took all of 1 minute, really fast service.

This place is extremely professional and caring. Every time I go there (which is quite a bit) I’m greeted and takin care of to the fullest extent. Will be a life long customer and supporter of this store.
