Mac's Acadian Seafood Shack - Saline

Not really impressed! The brussel sprouts were pretty much the only good thing. I ordered the fall salad and added salmon, they over cooked the salmon, like shelling out the inside. The kale was diced so small that trying to pick it up with the fork was a challenge. My father and grandmother ordered the jambalaya. They stated it was good, not too salty. The service was so so. Just a blah experience! We were told it was parents weekend but the place was empty at prime lunch time ‍. Maybe another try but this time the seared ahi.

I visited this restaurant for the second time and they did not disappoint. Krystal was very attentive to our needs, especially since we had three children with us. She greeted us and provided waters for all five of us, including three kids cups. The bread at this restaurant is incredible, with the perfect softness and seasoning. I ordered the shrimp and lobster fettuccine, which was $36 well spent. The dish was generous, with a whole lobster and five large shrimp. I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. The kids' meals were affordable and even came with an ice cream sundae for dessert. I highly recommend Krystal and the team at Macs as a fantastic place to eat.

We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and we dined in during lunchtime. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food was top-notch, receiving a rating of 5. The service and atmosphere were also excellent, both receiving a rating of 5.

I really enjoyed Mac's. I took my parents here for their 50th Anniversary. We loved their food. Crab cakes: delicious and they were a good size too. Perch: absolutely fantastic and they didn't skimp on the portions either. Dad loved the shrimp/lobster fettuccine. The desserts were delicious too. The waiter, Shawn, really knew the menu well and did a great job. I can't wait to go back. I tried the Maritime Seafood Chowder and it was fantastic, one of the best chowders I have ever had! Our waitress did a great job preparing our oysters. All of our food was delicious and I can't wait to go back! The service, atmosphere, and recommended dishes were all top-notch. Definitely a must-try restaurant for lunch, with a price range of $20-30 per person. 5/5 for food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend the Broiled Sea Scallops!
