New business in Salinas serving healthy and delicious food. The waffle was affordable and yummy. Not too sweet. The shakes are meal replacements. They have all nutrition facts available and accesible. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to visit if you're looking for healthy alternatives for breakfast or snacks.

I was craving something fresh and low in sugar. I asked the owner for her recommendation since everything on the menu sounded amazing, and she nailed it! I got the cucumber lime refresher. It was the perfect amount of sweetness, ice, and it was absolutely refreshing, with only 1g of sugar!! My friend tried the cinnamon toast protein shake and we shared an order of the churro-flavored waffles. Both of us were extremely impressed with the presentation, flavor, density, and nutritional value of our orders. The waffles usually sell out pretty early so we were really excited that we got to finally try them! As a bonus, today was their Customer Appreciation day, so they automatically applied a 10% discount to our order. Do not be fooled by the sweetness of the photos! Everything on the menu is not only pretty, and yummy, but contains loads of nutrients! The overall aesthetics of the lobby and food presentation are so beautiful and classy! Energy All Day gained a forever customer in me, so satisfied that I found it necessary to give them much deserved appreciation via this review :)P.S.
