Carlito's - Salinas

We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who is such a lovely person. The food was absolutely delicious, and I plan to visit frequently from now on. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was incredibly inviting.

The restaurant is in desperate need of a major renovation! It's falling apart! There are stains on the ceiling, and the bathrooms are quite unclean and need to be completely overhauled. The food is just mediocre at best.

Fantastic food and service! I highly recommend this place over the overly hyped El Charrito.

10/10 if possible, I have came here a few times for multiple occasions, and they food is always surprisingly delicious with the plate having a great portion of food, making it a great meal. It even has a lot of space for parking, if you’re having an event there. Hosting a party here becomes a whole different experience, it’s amazing. I highly recommend it.

Carlito's has the best, fresh home-cooked meals for any time of day. The owner is the friendliest and most accommodating man. Truckers must stop in while waiting for their loads.
