Ive had new york pizza in New York and Im offended by the claims that this is as new york as you can get outside new york BUT the 4-Cheese White is the best flavor ever

Pizza was good overall. Didnt have any sauce on it, it seemed like. Took an hour to get to the door and only live 5 minutes from store. Will try again though just to see if it was just a bad night for the employees.

The pizza is good? although we always have issues with the pizza not being cut all the way through. The cheese usually slides right off. The biggest issue I have is the same as the many others that have left reviews? the flies. It grosses me out seeingthe flies all over the food. I know it?s a difficult thing to control- but surely there is something that can be done to controlthe numbers. I tried to snap a picture of flies just sitting on the pizza. I?d think with the number of people complaining-this would be something that Sbarro would attempt to correct, rather than suggesting to fill out comment cards. Also. It sucksnot having a phone number to call and order ahead.

So disappointed and sad.....after waiting for years for the return of Sbarro pizza. Visit one: flies covered the slices, and nobody in sight so I could order a whole pie. Visit two: flies covered the slices and nobody in sight so I could order awhole pie. Visit 3: no flies, and I was able to order an entire pie! I emphasized EXTRA SAUCE, because it is usually a bitskimpy. I return and get home to find that it is mostly all bread and cheese....perhaps 5 TABLESPOONS of sauce. I will returnagain, hopefully with a better outcome.
